INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the productswithin 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If you need to change the size or color of the purchased items, you can request a replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If the purchased goods are flawed, damaged or incorrect (due to the company), you can return the products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Once you received your order, you will still have to wait 24 hours to allow the update of successful delivery within your personal account. Once the update has been completed, you can request the return authorization document at the address resiweb@ciessepiumini.com

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. After 24 hours from receipt of the order, forward your return or replacement request to the email address resiweb@ciessepiumini.com, specifying the order number and the reason for the request.
    In case of return for a refund, just follow the instructions above.
    In case of replacement, it is also necessary to indicate which size / color you wish to receive in exchange.
    In case of a return for Flawed/Damaged/incorrect items, it is necessary to attach to the request e-mail some images that show clearly the defect you are reporting.
  2. Once the request has been sent, you will receive an email with the return authorization document attached: in the document you will find all the information you need in order to complete the return. The return authorization must be applied to the package.
    If the return is for refund, the shipment of the parcel to our warehouses will be at your charge.
    In case of replacement, the collection and shipment of the substituted items will be managed by Ciesse Piumini. If you decide to replace or return the second shipment, it will be at your charge. It is not possible to replace the same purchase more than once, therefore the purchase will be refunded. The shipping costs are not refunded.
    In case of return due a flawed or damaged item is it possible to ask for a refund or a change of the purchased product:

  3. Put the product in the original packaging:
    In case of return for refund or replacement, the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, complete with all their unused elements, with the original packaging and any manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product. The returned items will be checked. Once the quality control has completed, the company will proceed with a full refund of the product. If the garment does not pass the quality control, the company will not refund, but will send the garment back.

  5. When the return has arrived to our warehouse, we will refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).

LEGAL CONFORMITY WARRANTY – RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, FLAWED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event of flaws and / or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by the art. 130 del Decreto legislativo n. 206/2005.

If you have received a damaged, flawed or incorrect product you can ask for return with replacement or refund of the item within 30 days from the delivery. Ai sensi e per gli effetti della Direttiva europea 44/99/CE e degli artt. 128 e ss. del Decreto legislativo italiano n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery. To ask for a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph – “Return Request” – indicating as the specific reason “Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product” and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which it is clearly visible the defect.

The authorization to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-compliance, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return.

We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product. If the non-conformity is confirmed we will proceed with the refund that will be visible on the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.)

REFUNDS

We will refund the paid amount of the garment returned only if they are in accordance with what is indicated in the previous paragraphs. All returned products will be refunded on the payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, paypal, ..) net of any taxes, import duties or shipping costs.

From the arrival of the return in our warehouse, the refund wil be made within a maximum of 10 working days according to the following technical times:

– From the arrival of the return in our warehouse, it may take up to 3 working days to check the returned items and issue a refund.

– It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
