How soon can I make a return?
Consistent with the provisions of current regulations on “online” purchases, you can make a return request for a flawed, damaged or incorrect garment (due to the company) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Instead, you can make a return for other reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery.
How to make a return
To return a flawed, damaged or incorrect garment, you can send an email to the email@example.com to the e-mail photos of the garment. In this case the return will be free and you will receive the return authorization to be affixed directly on the outside of the package. In case of return for other reasons, you can still write to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, but the return will be on your charge.
How can I book a pick-up by the courier?
In the event of a flawed/incorrect product, the pick up will be booked directly by the company within 48 hours of issuing the return authorization. In case of problems not attributable to the company, you can book the pick up independently with the courier of your choice.
How long do I have to wait for the pick-up?
For logistic and shipping services, CIESSE PIUMINI uses the services provided by BARTOLINI. Typically, our partner takes 48 to 72 hours.
How long do I have to wait to receive the refund?
The refund will take between 7 and 10 working days from receipt of the return.
Can I return a garment without requesting a replacement?
If you fall within the conditions provided for by the “Terms and Conditions of Sale”, you can return a garment without requesting a replacement, with the shipment of the garment at your own expense.
