RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If you need to change the size or color of the purchased goods, you can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If the purchased goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to the company, you can return the products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Upon receipt of the order, you must wait 24 hours to allow the delivery update in your personal account. Once the update has occurred, you can request the return authorization document at the address resiweb@ciessepiumini.com

RETURN REQUEST PROCEDURE

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. After 24 hours from receiving the order, fill in the form with your return or exchange request, specifying the order number and the reason for the request.
    In the case of a return for a refund, just follow the above instructions.
    In the case of an exchange, you must also indicate which size/color you wish to receive in exchange in the “Description” field.
    In the case of a return for a defect, you must also attach clear images to the email showing the defect you are reporting.
  2. Once the request has been sent, you will receive a reply email with the return authorization document attached: inside the document, you will find all the information useful for completing the return. The return authorization must be applied to the package.
    If the return is for a refund, the cost of shipping the goods back to our warehouses will be at your expense.
    In the case of an exchange, the pickup and shipping of the exchanged goods will be managed by Ciesse Piumini. If you choose to return or exchange the second shipment as well, it will also be at your expense. It is not possible to exchange the same purchase more than once, therefore a refund for the purchase will be executed net of the shipping handled by the company.
    In case of a return for defect, you can request a direct refund or exchange of the goods:
    In both cases, the pickup will be managed by Ciesse Piumini.
  3. Place the products in the original packaging:
    In case of a return for a refund or exchange, the products must be returned in the same condition you received them, that is, in perfect preservation condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product. Returned items will be checked, and after passing the quality control, the company will proceed to issue a full refund for the product. If the item does not pass the quality control, the company will not proceed with the refund but will ship the item back to you.
  4. Keep the shipping receipt.
  5. When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed to issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.).

LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY – RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In case of defects and/or non-conformity, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request the return or exchange or refund of the item within 30 days from discovery. According to the European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 and ss. of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, which covers defects in conformity of products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relevant delivery. To request a refund, follow the instructions mentioned in the previous paragraph – “Return Request” – specifying as the reason “Damaged, non-compliant or wrong item” and attaching one or more images of the item in question, clearly showing the defect.

The authorization to return the product does not in any way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return.

We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after carrying out the necessary quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product. In case the non-conformity of the product is confirmed, we will proceed to issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.)

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made on the amount paid for the purchase of the products, provided that the items are returned in accordance with the guidelines indicated in the previous paragraphs. All returned products will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.), net of any taxes, customs duties, or shipping costs if these were borne by the customer at the time of purchase.

From the moment the return is processed by our warehouse, the refund may occur within a maximum of 10 working days according to the following technical times:

– From the moment the return arrives at our warehouse, it may take up to 3 working days to verify the returned items and issue the refund.
– Subsequently, it may take up to 7 working days to see the refund in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
